My work focuses on and around concept of family and interpersonal relationships. I explore them through myself and my surroundings as well as people of various nationalities and ethnical groups. My visual tools are primarily self-portrait and psychological portrait often supported by documentary or staged narrative. Meanwhile I constantly keep looking for experimental approach to each individual story. The goal I set for myself is to resonate on a deep personal level and provoke an emotional and when possible active response to the subject matter. My past projects varied from the traditional photojournalism to conceptual installation and performance.
